The Strategy and Management Succession Program (SAM@Simon) seeks to provide clinical or research faculty, clinical or research fellows, and staff a safe space to enhance leadership and development skills and to accelerate participant's careers with an in-depth understanding of the core concepts that drive academic cancer centers.
SAM@Simon is an intellectually rigorous, immersive, and highly experiential leadership development and succession planning program for those who contribute to the work and mission of the cancer center.
Although this program is specifically designed for individuals who are early to mid-career or have not previously accessed leadership training opportunities, it is open to all.
